What Is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a test that measures the mineral levels, ratios as well as heavy metal status of the hair. It takes a unique look at the cellular level what was occurring in the body at the time of growth. 37 elements are tested.
Hair is idea tissue for testing and analysis. Nutrient loss and associated symptoms can be occurring and show themselves on an HTMA long before a deficiency can be detected in the blood serum. In other words, you are experiencing symptoms, but your blood test shows nothing is wrong. The HTMA can reveal the pattern of nutrient deficiencies even before symptoms start. This enables you to get ahead with foods, supplements and lifestyle choices that can correct the deficiency.
Achieving the proper mineral levels and more importantly, ratios between minerals, is key in wellness. This is the very reason that I choose to use HTMA in my practice along with my nutritional assessment. It’s simple, pain free, affordable and can be done virtually.

- Once you complete your forms and I receive your lab results, you will be prompted to book your consultation.
