Minerals are essential for life. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a test that measures your mineral levels, ratios as well as heavy metals. It takes a unique look at the cellular level what was occurring in the body at the time of growth. 37 elements are tested.
We look at the balance between minerals as they impact one another. When out of balance, minerals can impact metabolism, sleep, mood, energy, anxiety, mental clarity, hormone balance and more. Mineral deficiencies and imbalances may account for 80-90% of health issues.
